The flat rate shipping map is for professional and shop series engine run stand shipments only!
Engine Dolly shipping is by zip code only (UPS).
Easy-Run has a NO RETURN Policy. All returns must meet our approval with an RGM number and management approval. Should you have concerns regarding returns, please give us a call. A re-stocking fee of 20% will apply after approval.
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the price of the Easy-Run Engine Test Stand. Easy-Run Stands are shipped via truck freight unless otherwise specified. Fees include special shipping carton and pallet. Air freight shipments must be pre-paid; door to door or airport pick up must be specified. Consignee is responsible for all taxes, duties, and any fees that may apply at the destination. Carriers may be UPS or Fed Ex Air.
Shipments to Canada require special fees and paperwork. Easy-Run will complete the NAFTA and Customs documentation. Broker fees, taxes, and any other charges must be paid by the consignee. Easy-Run, at its discretion, may handle the appropriate fees and add those charges to the final cost. These extra fees will be charged to the customer and must be paid in advance. Please call for additional information.
Cargo shipments are at the desecration of Easy-Run. Delivery to local exporter will be charged accordingly. Consignee is responsible for all taxes, duties, and any fees at the destination.
Shipping weights are approximated:
- Base Unit: 185 lbs.
- Shop Series: 225 lbs.
- Professional Series: 250 lbs.
- Professional Series: 285 lbs.
- Extended Units May Add Additional Fees
The final weight of products and options will determine the final shipping cost. Pallets, packaging, and any special requirements are included in shipping and handling cost.
Shipping charges will be estimated prior to final cost estimates by using:
- Destination Zip Code
- Residential or Commercial Destination Unload Device Availability
- Lift Gate Charge LTL Carrier Regulations & Fees
It is the responsibility of the consignee to understand if they are classified as residential or commercial locations. Incorrect information may result in additional charges by the carrier and Easy-Run.
To avoid extra charges for Lift Gate, you may elect to go to the local dock facility for your pick up at no extra charge. Call us for details. Some local facilities may be a distance from your location. Please use caution when making this decision.

Any additional delivery attempts required due to consignee will be charged back to the consignee. We will do our best to reduce your cost when possible. We will verify all shipping cost and notify you prior to shipping. All items and shipping must be pre-paid prior to shipping. International shipping is available.
